    注塑产品工艺调较平衡思考

    经常在日常工作中听到注塑技术者有如下抱怨:这种缺陷调好了,
    另外一种缺陷又出来了。或者一个制品存在着似乎有些“矛盾”的缺陷。
    不知如何去寻找解决问题的“平衡点”。
    笔者在05年6月份曾经碰到过如下制品的生产:
    1>  材质PMMA。
    2>  外观为火柴盒式的化妆品容器,四面有¢3mm的孔。
    3>  外观要求不准缩水、银丝、并且边长尺寸控制在 ±0.03mm。

    初始工程考虑因化妆品盒底部要求相对较低,采用三板模用四点进胶,
    动模四组滑块。成型时出现如下问题:缩水无法调较,若定模模温降低(20℃)
    可以稍微改善缩水,但表面光泽度差,且经常有银丝,
    用背压和射速等调较无效,边长尺寸超差。
    笔者作如下分析:
    1>  首先要满足外观光泽,尺寸超差,必须使用模温机控制,此点不许变更。
    2>  外观缩水、银丝主要是因为四个点进胶固胶点小,剪切过大(银丝),且容易冷却
    固化、保压失效(缩水),所以要求工程将三板模改为二板模,
    四点进胶直接改为直接胶口中心进胶。既可以降低剪切力(改善银丝),
    又可以将保压真正“保”到模腔产品之中。
    以上只是一个简单的实例,笔者认为要想解决各种缺陷要思路清晰。
    哪里是工艺更改,哪里是材料模具变更,并逐一击破,
    方能成为一个快乐的技术员。
